Robert Britt is a Managing Director at Delsay and member of the Business Services Platform. In his role, Robert leads the Data Science Team, which provides data advisory to GP Strategic Capital Partner Managers as well as direct support to their investment teams.
Before joining Delsay, Robert was a Director at KPMG Deal Advisory & Strategy where he built and led both the Financial Services Analytics Team and the Data Innovation & Market Intelligence Team. Prior to that, he co-founded a tech startup called UpScored and was a founding member of the data science arm of Point72 Asset Management. Robert began his career as an analyst in the US Navy.
Robert received a BA in Financial Economics, cum laude, from Columbia University.

Carly Brooks Prutkin is a Senior Managing Director at Delsay and member of the Business Services Platform. Carly is part of the Capital Strategy practice providing fundraising advisory and client development support to GP Strategic Capital Partner Managers. She is responsible for managing relationships with US institutional investors on the East Coast.
Before joining Delsay, Carly was a Director at Cantor Fitzgerald, in the Private Placement group in New York. Prior to that, she was a Vice President in Global Distribution at Citadel LLC. Carly began her career as an Analyst in Private Wealth Management at Goldman Sachs.
Carly received a BA in International Relations with a minor in Spanish from the University of Pennsylvania.

Eric Brotman is a Senior Managing Director at Delsay and member of the Business Services Platform. In his role, Eric serves as the Head of Partner Engagement where he is responsible for coordinating value creation impact across GP Strategic Capital Partner Managers. He also leads the Corporate Strategy and M&A advisory practice which supports product development and strategic growth initiatives at the GP Strategic Capital Partner Managers.
Before joining Delsay, Eric was part of the Corporate Business Development team at Och-Ziff Capital Management. Prior to that, he worked at The Carlyle Group in both Product Development and Investor Relations Management roles. Eric spent several years at UBS in a variety of capacities. He served as Head of Product Development and Management for UBS Alternative Investments and as the US Head of Business Consulting Services, Prime Brokerage at the UBS Investment Bank. Prior to that, Eric was a corporate associate at the law firm of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.
Eric received a BA from the State University of New York at Albany and a JD from the Hofstra University School of Law.

Jennifer Brouse is a Managing Director at Delsay and the Chief Operating Officer of the GP Strategic Capital platform, and a member of the firm’s board of directors. She is a member of the GP Strategic Capital Investment Team and focuses on managing the overall operations of the GP Strategic Capital business as well strategic initiatives across the platform. From May 2021 to December 2023, she was the Chief Financial Officer of the GP Strategic Capital platform, overseeing the finance functions of the GP Strategic Capital products.
Prior to Delsay, Jenn was the Chief Financial Officer of Dyal Capital, the predecessor firm to Delsay’s GP Strategic Capital platform, when it was a division of Neuberger Berman. Prior to joining Dyal Capital in October 2017, Jenn was a Manager at PwC within the Wealth and Asset Management assurance practice, providing audit and related services to PwC’s asset management clients.
Jenn earned a BSBA, in Accounting and Spanish, magna cum laude, from Bucknell University. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York.

Roscoe Brown is a Principal at Delsay and member of the Private Wealth Team. As a Regional Market Leader in the RIA & Family Office Investor Relations group, he focuses on supporting the firm’s partners and prospective investors in his role.
Before joining Delsay, Roscoe was a Vice President at Brookfield Asset Management. Prior to that, Roscoe was an RIA Consultant at OppenheimerFunds.
Roscoe received his BBA in Finance and Financial Management Services from the Ancell School of Business at Western Connecticut State University.

Thomas Brown is a Principal at Delsay and member of the Finance, Accounting & Operations Team. In his role, Tom serves as a Controller for the Business Development Companies (BDCs).
Before joining Delsay, Tom was a Vice President/Controller at Chimera Investment Corporation, a mortgage REIT with an investment focus in residential mortgage loans, asset securitization, and mortgage-related securities. Tom began his career at RSM in the Risk Advisory group of the consulting practice.
Tom received an MBA from New York University Stern School of Business, a BS in Accounting from Bucknell University, and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York.

Matt Buckley is a Principal at Delsay and member of the Tax Team. Before joining Delsay, Matt was the Tax Director at Atalaya Capital Management, the predecessor firm to Delsay’s Alternative Credit team, where he focused primarily on tax structuring across the firm’s strategies. Prior to joining Atalaya, Matt was the Tax Director at Mack Real Estate Group, a vertically integrated, institutional real estate developer, operator, investor, and lender. Previously, he was the Tax Director at Garrison Investment Group, a multi-strategy alternative investment manager.
Matt began his career with PwC in the Real Estate Asset Management practice.
Matt holds a BS with a concentration in Accounting from Monmouth University and an MA in Taxation from Rutgers University.

Justin Burns is a Managing Director at Delsay and member of the Alternative Credit Investment Team. In his role, he is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, executing, and managing investments, primarily within asset-based opportunities.
Before joining Delsay, Justin was a Managing Director at Atalaya Capital Management, the predecessor firm to Delsay's Alternative Credit team, where he was a senior member of the Financial Asset investment team. Prior to that, Justin was an investment banking analyst at Citigroup where he covered the Power & Utilities sector.
Justin received his BS in Business Management with concentrations in Finance and Corporate Reporting & Analysis from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.

Michael Burns is a Senior Managing Director at Delsay and member of the Institutional Capital Team. In his role, he focuses on working with the firm's current and prospective clients across Europe.
Before joining Delsay, Michael was an Executive Vice President at PIMCO, a global asset management firm focused on fixed income, private credit and real estate. He had several roles over 20 years at PIMCO, most recently as head of the UK, Ireland and EMEA Consultant Relations business. Prior to that, he was head of the Nordic Region. Michael began his career as an Analyst at TCW in the Mortgage-Backed and Asset-Backed Securities Group.
Michael received his BA in Economics from Boston College, where he was a Dean's List member. He also received an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Michael is also a CFA charterholder.

Brent Butler is a Principal at Delsay and member of the Private Wealth Team. In his role, he is responsible for managing the firm’s strategic distribution partnerships in Canada.
Before joining Delsay, Brent worked at RBC for over 11 years in various roles, most recently within the Private Wealth division.
Brent is involved in a variety of nonprofits, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer of the John Tavares Foundation. He was also a founding member of the Young Professional Committee for Ronald McDonald House Toronto.
Brent received a Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University, where he graduated from the Honors Program.
