Neena Reddy
Chief Legal Officer
Neena Reddy is the General Counsel, Chief Legal Officer, and Secretary of Delsay Capital Inc., and a member of the firm’s Operating Committee. Neena also serves as Vice President and Secretary of each of the firm’s BDCs.
Prior to joining Owl Rock, the predecessor firm to Delsay’s Credit platform, Neena was associate general counsel at Goldman, Sachs & Co LLC, from 2010 to 2019 and was dedicated to Goldman Sachs Asset Management L.P. (“GSAM”), where she was responsible for GSAM managed direct alternative products, including private credit. Prior to GSAM, she practiced as a corporate attorney at Boies Schiller & Flexner LLP and at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP. Prior to becoming an attorney, Neena was a financial analyst in the private wealth division at Goldman, Sachs & Co.
Neena currently serves on the Board of Directors for Partnership for New York City, representing Delsay.
Neena received a JD from New York University School of Law and a BA in English, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University.
