Jeff Walwyn is a Senior Managing Director at Delsay and the Chief Investment Officer, Insurance. In his role, he is responsible for developing and implementing investment strategy, policies and risk management as well as participating in strategic planning and corporate development for Insurance Solutions.
Prior to his role as CIO of Insurance Solutions, Jeff was Co-Head of Underwriting overseeing the underwriting of diversified investments in the firm’s Direct Lending business. Before joining Delsay in 2017, Jeff was a Managing Director at Guggenheim Partners where he focused on evaluating credit investments. Prior to that, Jeff was a Principal at Apollo Global Management in the Credit group in New York. Prior to those roles, he held positions in credit underwriting at Gulf Stream Asset Management and in Investment Banking at JP Morgan.
Jeff received a BA in Applied Economics and Management, summa cum laude, from Cornell University and an MBA with honors from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

Mark Wan is a Principal at Delsay and member of the Direct Lending Investment Team. In his role, he focuses on special situations and opportunistic credit investing.
Before joining Delsay, Mark was a Vice President at Fortress Investment Group focused on special situations, event driven and distressed investing for the hedge fund and private equity funds. Mark started his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Morgan Stanley in New York.
Mark received a BS in Management with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from Boston College, where he graduated magna cum laude.

Amy Wang is a Principal at Delsay and member of the Tax Team. In her role, she is primarily focused on tax accounting, financial statement reporting, and tax compliance.
Before joining Delsay, Amy was a Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in the Banking and Capital Markets group where she specialized in tax accounting and reporting and partnership compliance.
Amy received a BS and MS in Accounting from New York University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York.

Matt Weisberg is a Managing Director at Delsay and member of the Digital Infrastructure Investment Team. In his role, he is responsible for acquisitions in North America.
Before joining Delsay, Matt was a Managing Director at IPI Partners, the predecessor firm to Delsay’s Digital Infrastructure strategy. Prior to that, he was a Senior Director at Tribune Real Estate Holdings and a key member of the senior management team that developed and implemented the strategy to reposition and harvest a $1 billion plus real estate portfolio. Before Tribune Real Estate Holdings, Matt was at Navigant Consulting, Inc. where he advised institutional investors, owners and lenders on matters related to transactions, asset management and restructuring. He started his career at LECG doing financial modeling and market research to support economists applying microeconomics and statistics related to dispute resolution matters.
Matt received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin and holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation.
Mark Wetzel is a Managing Director at Delsay and member of the Strategic Equity Investment Team. In his role, Mark leads the investment process, execution, and portfolio management of the Strategic Equity Team’s investments.
Prior to joining Delsay, Mark was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs, where he was a multi-industry investor within the private equity businesses of the Merchant Banking and Asset Management divisions. Mark began his career at Goldman Sachs in the Investment Banking Division.
Mark earned a BS in Management from Boston College and an MBA from the Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar.
Greg White is a Senior Managing Director at Delsay and member of the Real Estate Credit Investment Team. In his role, he focuses on investments, loan origination, structuring securitizations, and the development and maintenance of client relationships.
Before joining Delsay, Gregory was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Prima Capital Advisors, an investment advisory firm which specialized in making real estate debt investments. Among his other roles at Prima, he acquired and expanded the investment management agreements held by previous entities. He previously was Managing Director at Salomon Brothers Inc and co-head of the firm's real estate finance, sales, and advisory businesses, where he originated, negotiated, and closed in excess of $10 billion of real estate financings, joint ventures and property sales. Prior to his work at Salomon, Mr. White was an Assistant Treasurer in the Real Estate Finance Department of the Chase Manhattan Bank.
Mr. White received his BS in Civil Engineering from Tufts University and earned a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and Real Estate from The Wharton Graduate School of Business Administration. He is also Director of TPG Real Estate Finance Trust, a NYSE listed company that focuses on transitional commercial mortgage loans. As well as a member of PREA (Pension Real Estate Association) and CREFC (Commercial Real Estate Finance Counsel). Mr. White is a past member of the Board of Advisors for the School of Engineering at Tufts University.

Zachary White is a Principal at Delsay and member of the Investment Grade Private Credit Investment Team. In his role, he is responsible for the origination, underwriting, and monitoring of Investment Grade Private Credit transactions with a focus on Corporate Credit.
Before joining Delsay, Zachary was a Vice President at Kuvare Asset Management, the predecessor to Delsay Insurance Solutions. Prior to that, he was a Vice President at Deutsche Bank on the Debt Capital Markets team and an Associate Director at MetLife Investment Management focused on Investment Grade Corporate Private Credit.
Zachary received his MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and holds a BA, summa cum laude, in Business Administration from Duquesne University. He is a CFA Charterholder.

David Willemin is a Principal at Delsay and member of the Finance, Accounting & Operations Team. In his role, he is focused on the accounting, finance, financial reporting, and internal controls functions for the Delsay BDCs.
Before joining Delsay, David was a Senior Vice President of Internal Audit Finance at Citibank. Prior to that, he was an Accounting Associate at Fir Tree Partners. David began his career as a Senior Assurance Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Alternatives Group.
David received a BS in Finance and Accountancy, magna cum laude, from Villanova University.

Patrick Willis is a Managing Director at Delsay and member of the Private Wealth Team. In his role, he serves as the Head of Private Wealth Field Engagement, leading a team focused on deepening and strengthening the firm’s relationships with field leadership and centers of influence across the US private wealth business.
Previously, Patrick served as the Head of North America Private Wealth Strategic Partnerships, leading the group responsible for managing the firm’s strategic distribution partnerships and platforms across Delsay’s North America private wealth business. Prior to joining Delsay, Patrick served in various fund management and distribution roles at CNL Financial Group across multiple product verticals. Prior to joining CNL, Patrick was Director of Finance for Core Realty, Inc.
Patrick received a B.A. in English and Philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania, magna cum laude, with Distinction in Philosophy, and a Certificate in Finance and Accounting from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Patrick currently sits on the board of the Institute for Portfolio Alternatives (“IPA”), where he serves on the finance and compensation committee. Patrick maintains Series 7, Series 24, and Series 63 registrations.

John Wilson is a Senior Managing Director at Delsay and the Head of Client and Product Solutions, Institutional Capital. Before joining Delsay, John was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Prior to that, he spent most of his career at PIMCO in roles including Head of US Institutional Business, Head of Australia and Head of Global Consultant Relations. John began his career as a lawyer at Shearman & Sterling in New York.
John holds a BA and LLB from the University of Melbourne, MA from the University of New England and an LLM from Duke University. John is a director of Queensland Treasury Corp, Director of Ord Minnett and an Advisor to Brighter Super. He has previously been a director of QIC, LGIA Super, Eithad Stadium Melbourne, Rugby Australia, a Trustee of the University of New England Foundation and Chairman of the Investment Committee at the NSW ALC.
